Throughout my career at Capgemini, VOIS – Vodafone Intelligent Solutions, and Etisalat by e&, I have led projects to streamline processes, automate infrastructure at scale, and enhance team productivity using technologies like Kubernetes, Terraform, Ansible, Jenkins, GitHub Actions, and ArgoCD. My certifications — including the CNCF Kubestronaut designation and credentials in AWS, Azure, and Red Hat — validate my deep understanding of modern infrastructure and deployment environments.

My academic background includes a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science and Statistics from Helwan University, where I graduated with a Very Good cumulative grade and ranked third in my class. I also completed a 9-month diploma in System and DevOps Administration at the Information Technology Institute (ITI), further refining my technical foundation in the IT domain.
